We are "Great Commission" Christians.  We take very seriously the command that Christ gave his disciples in Matthew 28:18-20:

"And Jesus came up and spoke to them (his disciples), saying, "All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth.  Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age." (New American Standard Bible)

We believe that every believer is empowered to be a witness (Acts 1:8) and commissioned to be an ambassador for Christ (2 Cor. 5:19-20).

While each of us are responsible to bear witness to Christ in both word and deed in all our life, we recognize that calls some persons to devote their lives to special ministries (1 Cor. 12:28).  We support these persons with our prayers, our encouragement, our labors, and our financial assistance.
